Have you ever bought herbs and then realized you don’t know what else to do with them?
It happened to us last week. We bought 100g of coriander, and, guess what? It started to go off before we had even used half of it.
As you know, we are 100% against throwing food away and so I remembered a sauce I had tried a long time ago
made of coriander.
It is delicious, so here is the recipe; I promise you, it’s worth a try.
- Green chilies
- Mint (Optional)
- Yogurt (Optional)
- Lemon squeeze
It’s pretty easy to make, simply blend the coriander, green chilies, mint, and a yogurt spoon.
