How to make coconut pie

Ingredients:

1 and ½ cups of coconut milk

1 cup of sugar – Check what the equivalent of a natural sweetener is.

¾ shredded coconut

2 large eggs

3 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon of melted butter

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 unbaked pastry shell
Instructions:

Pour the milk, sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix
