What is a Be ALAM Subscription Box? 

Our Plastic Rehab Program allows you to start your plastic-free journey one step at a time. You will get 4 boxes over the course of a year; each of them will tackle areas of your life and will give you all the items you need. 

You will be surprised at how much can be accomplished within a year!

How does everything work? 

Step 1: Join the Program

Subscribe to our program and tackle every room of your house in only 12 months from anywhere in the world. 

Step 2: Get the Box 

We’ll send you a box every 3 months with plenty of eco-friendly plastic substitutes. Is there an item you already have? Drop us a line before we ship it and we’ll get you a different one! 

Step 3: Unlock Rewards 

You won’t just get the products that come with the box, you’ll also get plenty of freebies and surprise bonuses

Step 4: Feel Good!

You are saving the planet for less than $1 a day.  Enjoy the start of your plastic free journey. We are here to support you during the whole process!

When does each box ship out? Can you provide a timeline? 

Our boxes ship 4 times a year; on the 10th of April, 10th of July, 10th of October and 10th January. 

You can subscribe to the Plastic Rehab program anytime, but bare in mind that your box will be shipping on the nearest established date. 

Regardless of what month you subscribe, you will always get the Beginner’s box, so you can start your plastic free journey and we can support you on your zero waste journey. 

For example: If you subscribe in April, you will get our first subscription box. In July,  you will get our second subscription box and so on. 

Similarly, if you first subscribe in October, you will get our first subscription box. In January, our second subscription box and so on.

How much does a subscription box cost? 

  • A single subscription will cost you 49,99
  • If you subscribe to the whole year, each box will cost 37.49. This is a 25% discount from the total price.

Our plastic rehab program allows you to start your zero waste journey bit by bit. The box is delivered straight to your door, we take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing. You get more than just products, you get resources, discounts, tips and freebies! You'll ease into a plastic-free lifestyle. The changes will be seamless and  effortless. 

Does price on subscription boxes include tax? 

Yes, the price of the subscription box includes tax.

I love your subscription service but circumstances arrived where I can’t take in the subscription box this month. Is there anything I can do besides cancelling my subscription?

Once you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged! In the meantime, we offer free “Plastic Free Tips” on our blog.

What box will I receive if I reactivate my “expired” or “cancelled” subscription? 

You will receive whichever box that was planned to ship out next!

How do I get shipping information? 

We ship worldwide from Bali, Indonesia. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and details to track your order. Please allow slightly longer for your order to be processed during sale periods, public holidays and Christmas.


What if my shipping address changes?

Is it possible to skip a month? 

Yes you may! Please email us at with your request with the subject “SKIP SUBSCRIPTION”


What if I paid for a box and then decided to cancel? 

Cancellations are available during the first 24 hours after a purchase. Please send an email to with the subject “CANCEL ORDER”. 


Can I return my package? 

You have the right to return a purchased item and get a full refund within 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

I never received my package, it was lost or stolen: what do I do? 

Oh no! Please check in with your local post office and contact us at within 30 days of the transaction.
